Hexagon are a manufacturer and installer of cut vinyl and printed vinyl manifestation for glass.
We have designed a range of standard manifestation patterns which are all available next day in standard frost or in a coloured vinyl.
The patterns all comply with Document M of the building regulations, see our Legislation Explained page for the correct fitting heights. We offer a nationwide fitting service or supply only, including fitting instructions and application squeegee.
In addition to our standard patterns, we also manufacture custom manifestation strips and large area manifestation, which can include a company logo, text, corporate identity or can be a clients own repeating pattern.
Hexagon also supplies and fit full colour printed window film for internal or external glazed screens, plus a range of standard commercial window films.
Vinyl Manifestation
At Hexagon we offer a range of standard manifestation patterns in the following categories; 50mm Range, 150mm Range, 575mm Range, Theme Range, and Pattern Range (see links above). The manifestation comes in strips 1200mm long and is available in frost vinyl or any standard colour. The strips can be joined end to end to create longer lengths if required.
We also produce large area glazing manifestations in either cut or printed vinyl, our designers can produce high quality images for approval, working from initial design ideas or simply incorporating a clients logo into a manifestation strip.
Printed Window Film
In addition to our range of cut vinyl manifestations for glass, we also supply and fit printed window film for internal or external glazing.
We use 4mil optically clear PET window film which is UV cured, scratch resistant and has a class 0 fire rating.
Photo Images can be re-produced onto glass panels of any size, the image can be full colour from both sides of the glass, we can also print onto frosted vinyl to incorporate a level of privacy to the design.
When the film is trimmed to the edge of the glass it will be virtually undetectable. The film also has the benefit of 99% UV reduction and 17% total solar energy reduction.
Window Film
We also supply and fit a range of standard commercial window films, including solar films, safety and security films and privacy films.
Our team of experienced fitters work through the UK and we are happy to price any large or small commercial project. Our fitters are all CSCS registered and work within the latest H&S requirements whilst on site.
